Women's Support Group
A safe and supportive space for women to connect, share, and explore their mental and emotional wellbeing.
Facilitated by our counsellors and dietitian, the group features open discussions, practical cooking sessions focused on quick and nutritious snacks, and mental health talks designed to support wellbeing and self‑care in everyday life.
Each session will start with free Qigong classes facilitated by local exercise expert.
Morning tea will be provided.
