Women's Support Group

A new project proudly supported by Fairfield City Council - Community Development Grant.


This group is designed to offer a supportive, inclusive, and safe space for women from Fairfield LGA to: foster meaningful connections, learn new life-enhancing skills and participate in gentle yoga sessions to promote physical and emotional wellbeing.

Each session will be followed by Free Yoga class facilitated by local yoga expert.

Fairfield Women's Health Service is jointly auspiced by Bankstown Women's Health Centre and Liverpool Women's Health Centre, and funded by NSW Health through South Western Sydney Local Health District.
